The Twin Towers restaurant has very good ribs but if I had to choose the best ribs in the country I would go with the Montgomery Inn's in Cincinnati.- Is follow up to post by wcbcwi ...
I am 48 and grew up at Twin Anchors. A weekly event for the family; a smokey bar with a nickel slide bowling machine and the best ribs in the town. The ribs and sauce are still the same, and eating them brings back memories of when Old Town was Old Town. Some things have to change, I guess. It was a working class and neighborhood joint when I was a kid. Fame and fortune changed the price and the crowd, but when I go home, I always stop at the Anchors for a slab of ribs and a couple of bottles of sauce to tide me over. -- 9/11/2002 7:09:04 AM
